TNJ joins hands with various higher-educational institutes, strengthen mutual exchanges and provides internship and job opportunities for university undergraduates. Every year, TNJ tries about 3 rounds of recruitments to provide more job opportunities to the unemployed.
Good welfare and platforms
TNJ actively advocates the localization of employees and provides them the improved vocational planning and good developmental platforms regardless of their genders, ages, nationalities and races. We hold rounds of personal promotion training, professional training by inviting famous experts and professors every year. Meanwhile, we have colorful corporate activities such as spring outing, vacation, birthday party for employees etc.
